Μαροκινή σαλάτα κοτόπουλο

Τυλίγει ζυμάρι γύρω από το αλουμινόχαρτο, σε σχήμα κώνου όταν όμως τελείωσε; Σίγουρα θα το δοκιμάσουμε!

Επειδή όπως και να το κάνουμε, το φαγητό που σερβίρεται σε χωνάκι είναι πολύ καλύτερο, θα σας δείξουμε πως να φτιάξετε χωνάκια ψωμιού που μπορείτε να γεμίσετε με ό,τι τραβάει η όρεξή σας, από σαλάτα και ρύζι μέχρι
 Η συνταγή είναι πανεύκολη ενώ τα υλικά που θα χρειαστείτε είναι: άσπρο αλεύρι, 
ζάχαρη, αλάτι, ελαιόλαδο, μαγιά, γάλα σε σκόνη, ζεστό γάλα και…αλουμινόχαρτο!
The Bread cones ingredients
1 lb of white flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of instant yeast
2 tbsp of dried milk
about a cup of a half of warm milk

Ingredients for the chicken salad
1 lb of skinned and boned chicken breast
1 large carrot grated
1/4 of a red onion chopped
1/4 cup of toasted almonds
1 cup of red or green grapes seeded and halfed
one stalk of celery chopped
1/4 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
generous pinch of salt

How to
In a large bowl add in the flour, the salt, the sugar, the yeast, and the dried instant yeast. Pour in the oil and the milk a little at a time till a soft dough is formed. Transfer to large working surface, dust with flour and knead till the dough is soft and elastic. Oil a bowl and the dough and cover with a kitchen towel and leave the dough to rise for 30 min. 
Poach the chicken Add the chicken to a pot, cover with water, season with salt, a stick of cinnamon, and cook till tender. Remove from the water and let to cool, then chop it to cubes or shred it. In a large bowl add in the shredded chicken, the chopped red onion, the chopped celery stalk, the raisins, the almonds, and the seeded halved grapes. Season with salt, and add in the mayonnaise and mix well. Store in the fridge meanwhile.
cut a ten inches square of foil. Fold in half, then in half again to make a smaller square. Pinch one corner and fold one inwards to create a cone shape. Pinch the top to secure. One the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release the air and divide it into four pieces. Roll out the dough into a quarter of an inch thick rectangle. Cut the dough into half an inch strips. Oil the foil cones to prevent the dough from sticking, and wrap the strips around the cones. Place the cones on a baking tray, and brush with an eggwash. Bake in a 375 preheated oven for 20 to 30 min till golden brown. Once out of the oven remove the foil and let the cones to cool down completely. Place the cones on cups and fill them with the cooled chicken salad.
